JENNIFER S. ROAN

JENNIFER S. ROAN has over 30 years of compliance examination and financial audit experience. Prior to founding ADELFIA LLC, she worked in a local accounting firm based in Chicago since November 1993, and became a Partner in January 2006. Prior to that, she was an accounting manager at a leading doughnut equipment manufacturing company and an auditor at an accounting firm based in the Philippines (member practice of one of the Big Four Accounting Firms).

Jennifer graduated Cum Laude from the Philippine School of Business Administration with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Major in Accounting. She is a CPA both in the Philippines and in Illinois, USA. She is a licensed CPA in Illinois. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Illinois CPA Society, Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) – Special Review Committee, the Philippine CPAs of Greater Chicago, and the International Society of Filipinos in Finance and Accounting (ISFFA).

She has wide knowledge of State and Local government agencies, Universities, Correctional Facilities, Community Care Programs, Non-Profits and Medicaid Integrity Programs having engagements performed on these entities.
